It was my own home until very recently and is still fully furnished and set up ready to move in with everything you need to see you through this terrible time. The apartment is well light and insulated with double glazed windows, and has a safe courtyard. Please do not apply if you are looking for a property to move your own household / own furniture into. I will be away (but contactable) for the term of the lease. Standard tenancy lease contract and terms will apply, Utilities will be transferred into your name. Inspection strictly by appointment.
