This is a Scandinavian inspired apartment, located in the leafy suburb of East Perth - which is only a stone's throw (and a free bus ride) into the CBD. You are just a short stroll down to the Swan River and surrounding parklands, restaurants, cafes and pub. The apartment is 'modern minimalist' in style and decor, giving it an indoor Scandinavian feel, amongst an outdoor Australian setting.
As you enter the front door, you will find the kitchen which is well appointed with refrigerator, freezer, oven, gas cooktop and microwave. There is ample cooking equipment as well as diningware, to give you the comforts of your own home.
The kitchen overlooks an open plan living area, with a generous sized dining table and four dining chairs. A bookcase with a variety of books is available for your reading pleasure. Inside the bookcase you will also find wine and champagne glasses, so you can enjoy a glass of red on a relaxing night in.
The chaise lounge is positioned directly in front of the television, for ease of viewing. There is also a diverse collection of DVDs in one of the draws of the tv unit, which you are welcome to use. However, if you'd prefer to watch something online, the television contains an HDMI cable, so you can plug and play from your own laptop.
There are two bedrooms for you to choose from, both containing the same decor. The main bedroom contains a built in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom, giving added privacy. The second bedroom contains a built in wardrobe. There are extra pillows and blankets, for your comfort. Just outside of the second bedroom is the second bathroom, with shower and toilet. Across from the bathroom, you will find a micro laundry with washing machine, dryer, trough, iron and ironing board.
The living area opens onto a spacious balcony with bench table and chairs - so you can enjoy the fresh air and ambiance of the tree lined, Constitution Street. During certain times of the year, some of the trees will be trimmed and you will be able to catch glimpses of the Swan River.
There is unlimited wifi for your enjoyment.
A reverse cycle air conditioner is located in the living room. There is a heater and pedestal fan in the wardrobe of the second bedroom, for additional temperature control.
The apartment complex contains a swimming pool, which you are free to use during daylight hours. There is also a barbeque in the pool area, so you are welcome to cook dinner outside and under the stars.
