A few raised garden beds are yours for the taking. Even a fairy garden for those precious little people who visit you. A “Manshed” at the back for those who still enjoy working with their hands. Work bench for your taking. We have our 23ft caravan parked in our carport and enough parking for our Pajero as well. Overall a very comfortable, friendly and cosy environment in which to live, situated in the Perth Discovery Park in Forrestfield. [situated at the back of the park away from the holiday vans] Walking distance to Coles, Woolworths and Aldi. If you don’t want to walk than take a bus just outside of the park. Perth 15Kms away and the airport 5km. Park Management are very helpful. Night security guards patrol the park and the residential area for that added security. You are able to use all the facilities in the park e.g. pool etc. We have been very happy here but now moving in with the kids! Site fees $199.60 per week, paid fortnightly. Very long term tenancy option. Centerlink pay approximately $60 per fortnight in rent assistance if eligible. Priced to sell!
